Polymer Conversions app for iPhone and iPad

The Polymer Conversions Work Order App gives users the ability to upload videos and photos. The Work Order App will generate a work order that will be sent to the Maintenance Department. The App will store metadata that will be inputted by the user via dropdown options. The user will first register for access to the store with the following: Username – unique (no space), Department – Dropdown , Password – 8-characters – Alpha-numeric required, Email Address, Phone Number – (xxx) xxx-xxxx (not required).

The metadata will include Work Order # - Generated incremental
Create Date and Time, Work Order Type – User Input DROPDOWN, Date Wanted- User Input DROPDOWN, Department – User Input - Dropdown, Dropdown - Category - User Input, Description - User Input, choose Photo or Video.
